Christian's experience in the sport of soccer with Saltfleet Go-Ahead Soccer Club began at the age four years old and continued until the age of sixteen.

 

    At the age of sixteen, his family moved to Ascoli Piceno, Marche Italy where he was scouted by the Serie A team A.S. Ascoli Calcio. He was picked to play on the Under 16 “Berretti” Team and advanced quickly to the Under 18 “Primavera” Team. After a successful season, he was rewarded by making the first Team in Serie A, where his adventures as a Professional Soccer Player kicked off.

 

     Christian was also chosen to play on The Italian National Military Team during his Military Service in Rome at the Cecchignola Compagnia Atleti with the 47th “Bersglieiri Salento” Infantry. During his career in Italy, he was also asked to represent Canada during the Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games.

     

     His soccer career and experience continued for many years after playing in: Serie A, Serie B, Serie C1, Serie C2, Serie D, and many seasons in semi-professional leagues around Italy. 
 

     Christian now runs his own Soccer Academy 'Euro Pro Soccer Academy' and after only one year, was voted and awarded GOLD for best Sports and Training Academy in the CHCH Business Awards Contest. EPSA is the Official Partner of Italian Serie A Club AC Chievo Verona and the Partnership has been together for the past 7 years and is looking to enhance its Player Development Programs together.

 

    The latest exciting news is his newest partnership with the East Hamilton Soccer Club where he is also their new Technical Director.
